Join Ben for a half-day yoga & wellness experience at the beautiful Callow Hall carefully designed to leave you feeling grounded, energised and reset both physically and mentally.
With limited spaces available, the day is designed to feel personal, relaxed and welcoming whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have experience.
What’s Included
This half-day experience brings together movement, rest and nourishment in an intentional way with time to slow down in nature, reflect and share a light healthy lunch designed to support and restore your body.

We’ll begin the day with an uplifting movement practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension and build energy.
After the flow, there’ll be time to slow down with fresh juice, prompted journaling and space to enjoy the surroundings with friends at Callow Hall.
Following a nourishing lunch carefully prepared to support your practice, we’ll move into a more grounding second session focused on breathwork, restorative movement and meditation helping you leave feeling calmer, lighter and more connected.

About Ben…
Yoga became a huge part of rebuilding my own physical and mental health during a difficult period in my life, and that journey is what inspired these experiences.
After experiencing a retreat that left me feeling deeply at ease, challenged, and connected to like-minded people, I realised how powerful it is to step into spaces like that. It was simple, grounding, and genuinely life-changing and it’s what I aim to create now: an opportunity to reset, be yourself, and experience the simplicity and beauty of nature in a meaningful way.
My approach to teaching combines strength, mobility, breath, and mindful movement in a grounded, practical, and accessible way, helping you feel better in both body and mind.
