The Experience

Wake up slowly in a beautiful alpine chalet surrounded by snow-covered mountains.

Move your body in a way that feels energising rather than exhausting. Breathe deeply. Eat nourishing food prepared by a local Naturopathic chef fresh each day. Step outside into crisp mountain air & experience the quiet that only winter in the mountains can bring.

Throughout the retreat you’ll move through a carefully curated rhythm of energising morning yoga flows, grounding breathwork, and deeply restorative practices designed to reset your nervous system and bring you back into the present.

Days are balanced with winter adventure in the mountains, moments of stillness and deep relaxation, and time to simply slow down without pressure or distraction. In the evenings, you’ll gather with the group for cosy, candlelit dinners, warming organic cacao, and marshmallows around the firepit under the stars, sharing stories, laughter, and real conversation that naturally deepens connection. Along the way, you’ll also explore workshops that deepen your understanding of yoga, movement, and the philosophy behind this ancient practice in a way that feels practical, grounding, and relevant to modern life.

Everything is designed to leave you feeling lighter in your mind, more connected in your body, and recharged in your energy. You’ll have space to step away from screens, routines, and daily pressure, and instead immerse yourself in nature, movement, community, and rest. Whether you arrive alone or with a friend, you’ll be welcomed into a small, intimate group where connection happens naturally and everyone feels included. By the time you leave, you won’t just feel rested, you’ll feel clearer, more grounded, more inspired, and more connected to yourself going into the year ahead.

Accomodation

Your home for four nights is a beautiful alpine chalet in the French Alps designed for warmth, connection, and deep winter rest.

The retreat is intentionally limited to just 13 guests to keep the experience personal, intimate, and grounded.

You can choose between two room types:

Single Room

Private, cosy rooms designed for rest and simplicity.

These rooms include:

  • Private bedroom

  • Comfortable chalet-style furnishings

  • Shared bathroom facilities (with a small number of guests)

  • A calm, minimal space to unwind after each day

Perfect for solo travellers or those looking for a more social, community-focused experience.

Queen Ensuite Rooms

Spacious, private rooms with ensuite bathrooms for extra comfort.

These rooms include:

  • Private bathroom and shower

  • More space and privacy

  • Ideal for couples or guests wanting a premium experience

  • A quieter, more luxurious retreat experience

These rooms can be booked as:

  • Solo occupancy (premium upgrade)

  • Couples occupancy (shared room pricing)

The Yoga Shala

Nestled within the chalet, the dedicated yoga shala is a calm, light-filled space designed to support every aspect of your practice. Fully equipped with high-quality mats, bolsters, blocks, and all the props you need, it allows you to simply arrive and move without distraction.

Large windows open out onto sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and snow-covered mountains, creating a sense of space and stillness that naturally draws you inward.

About Ben…

Yoga & nature became a huge part of rebuilding my own physical and mental health during a difficult period in my life, and that journey is what inspired these experiences.

After experiencing a retreat that left me feeling deeply at ease, challenged, and connected to like-minded people, I realised how powerful it is to step into spaces like that. It was simple, grounding, and genuinely life-changing and it’s what I aim to create now: an opportunity to reset, be yourself, and experience the simplicity and beauty of nature in a meaningful way.

My approach to teaching combines strength, mobility, breath, and mindful movement in a grounded, practical, and accessible way, helping you feel better in both body and mind.
