ARM BALANCE
A 4-hour yoga immersion to help you master arm balances, find your flow, and discover how yoga supports you on and off the mat.

This workshop will focus on the technique and playfulness of arm balances, creating a supportive space for students to explore poses that often feel “out of reach.”
We’ll combine grounding flows, breathwork, and yoga philosophy with hands-on practice, closing with a creative flow that integrates arm balances.
Healthy refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Workshop Structure
(4 hours total)

3 core principles (e.g. Ahimsa, Tapas, Svadhyaya — non-harm, discipline, self-study).
Real-world applications: work, relationships, self-care.
3:00 – 3:45 | Flow 2 – Integrating Arm Balances
Creative, energising vinyasa sequence that includes balances.
Build progressively so all levels feel successful.
End with grounding stretches.

Break down a few key balances (Crow, Side Crow, Flying Pigeon, maybe one “aspirational” option).
Partner drills, props, and playful exploration.
Encourage a “try and laugh” vibe, not perfection.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your own body.
A few years ago, I hit a wall mentally and physically. I’d gone through a tough breakup, a car crash, and a panic attack that knocked me sideways. I felt disconnected, restless, and totally lost in my own skin.
