ONLINE SESSIONS
Don’t worry, this is not like a typical video call.
I use a professional microphone and high-definition camera setup, so you can hear and see everything clearly throughout the session. The experience is smooth, stable, and easy to follow from start to finish.
It feels less like a Zoom class and more like stepping into one of my YouTube videos except it’s live, interactive, and completely tailored to you.
You’ll be able to see alignment clearly, hear every instruction without distraction, and move through your practice as if I’m right there in the room with you.
