Build Your Own Practice
Do you practice yoga at home and worry if you’re ‘doing it right’?
In three weeks, you’ll feel confident each time you roll out your mat.
This April - 6th, 13th & 20th.
Who This Is For
This course is for you if:
You practise yoga but don’t fully understand why you’re doing certain movements
You follow online classes but often wonder if you’re doing it properly
You’ve picked up small injuries or recurring aches and want a safer, smarter approach
You’d like to occasionally roll out your mat, put your own playlist on, and move without feeling dependent
You’re curious about going deeper into yoga one day, but right now you just want to understand your own practice better
Why I’m doing this…
“Yoga helped me rebuild my body and my mind when I needed it most. But, the real shift came when I truly understood what I was doing and why.
Being able to practice at my own pace and adapt in the moment gave me tools I never expected.
That’s the level of ownership I want you to have.”

Frequently Asked Questions
-
You don’t need to be advanced, but it will help if you’re familiar with the basic yoga postures. This course isn’t about learning every pose from scratch, it’s about understanding how to structure and sequence the ones you already know. If you’d like to get up to speed, send me a message and i’ll give you some practices to follow.
-
Yes. All sessions are recorded and replays will be available for the duration of the course. You won’t miss out on any of the teaching
-
The live sessions are 1 hour each, but we may run over a little to give people a chance to ask questions and i’m fine with that. Beyond that, you’ll want 20–30 minutes to practise applying what you’ve learned and to build your own sequences. The more you engage, the faster you’ll feel confident guiding yourself.
-
No. This is not a teacher training or certification. It’s a practical, hands-on course designed to help you create your own practice and understand your body better.
-
You’ll learn how to modify postures and structure practices around common areas of discomfort like hips, shoulders, and lower back. This course is about moving safely and intelligently, not pushing through pain.
-
Just your yoga mat, a way to take notes (phone, tablet, or notebook), and the willingness to show up for yourself. That’s it.
-
YouTube can show you poses, but it doesn’t teach you how to structure your own practice, understand why you’re doing each movement, or adapt it to your own body.
-
Of course.
