The Experience

Wake up slowly in a beautiful alpine chalet, surrounded by snow-covered mountains and the quiet stillness of winter.

Over four days, you'll settle into a carefully curated rhythm of energising yoga flows, grounding breathwork, meditation, and deeply restorative practices designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

Each day blends movement, relaxation, learning, and adventure. From exploring the mountains together and enjoying memorable group experiences, to moments of stillness with a book, a cup of tea, or simply taking in the view, you'll have the space to step away from the demands of everyday life and truly recharge.

As the evenings draw in, we'll gather for cosy candlelit dinners, nourishing food prepared fresh by a local naturopathic chef, warming organic cacao and herbal teas, and relaxed conversations around the firepit under the stars. These shared moments often become the highlights of the retreat, creating genuine connection, friendship, and memories that stay with you long after you return home.

Along the way, you'll deepen your understanding of yoga through thoughtfully designed workshops that explore movement, breath, and the philosophy behind this ancient practice in a way that feels practical, accessible, and relevant to modern life.

Cuisine

Food is a central part of the retreat experience and plays an important role in how we feel, recover, and reconnect.

Throughout your stay, you'll enjoy nourishing meals prepared fresh each day by a local naturopathic chef, with a focus on balance, flavour, and enjoyment. Expect colourful seasonal vegetables, fresh fruits, quality proteins, wholesome grains, and thoughtfully crafted dishes that leave you feeling energised, satisfied, and well cared for.

Each meal is designed to be more than just fuel. Through vibrant colours, comforting aromas, varied textures, and beautiful presentation, you'll be encouraged to slow down, savour the moment, and enjoy a more mindful approach to eating.

Whether we're sharing a relaxed lunch after a morning practice or gathering around the table for a cosy evening meal, every dish is created to support your wellbeing while celebrating the simple pleasure of eating well.

Accomodation

Your home for four nights is a beautiful alpine chalet in the French Alps designed for warmth, connection, and deep winter rest.

The retreat is intentionally limited to just 13 guests to keep the experience personal, intimate, and grounded.

You can choose between two room types:

Single Room

Private, cosy rooms designed for rest and simplicity.

These rooms include:

  • Private bedroom

  • Comfortable chalet-style furnishings

  • Shared bathroom facilities (with a small number of guests)

  • A calm, minimal space to unwind after each day

Perfect for solo travellers.

Queen Ensuite Rooms

Spacious, private rooms with ensuite bathrooms for extra comfort.

These rooms include:

  • Private bathroom and shower

  • More space and privacy

  • Ideal for couples or guests wanting a premium experience

  • A quieter, more luxurious retreat experience

These rooms can be booked as:

  • Solo occupancy (premium upgrade)

  • Couples occupancy (shared room pricing)

The Yoga Shala

Nestled within the chalet, the dedicated yoga shala is a calm, light-filled space designed to support every aspect of your practice. Fully equipped with high-quality mats, bolsters, blocks, and all the props you need, it allows you to simply arrive and move without distraction.

Large windows open out onto sweeping views of the surrounding countryside, creating a sense of space and stillness that naturally draws you inward.

Build Heat & Explore

Wake up surrounded by mountain air and begin the day with movement and presence. This is a day of adventure and energy, combining yoga with the unique experience of exploring the winter landscape together through guided cross-country skiing, before winding down with nourishing food and deep relaxation.

About Ben…

Yoga & nature became a huge part of rebuilding my own physical and mental health during a difficult period in my life, and that journey is what inspired these experiences.

After experiencing a retreat that left me feeling deeply at ease, challenged, and connected to like-minded people, I realised how powerful it is to step into spaces like that. It was grounding and genuinely life-changing and it’s what I aim to create now: an opportunity to reset, be yourself, and experience this beautiful practice, simplicity, and nature in a meaningful way.

My approach to teaching combines strength, mobility, breath, and mindful movement in a grounded, practical, and accessible way, helping you feel better in both body and mind whilst inspiring you to learn something new.
