What to ExpectWhat if you could understand the postures you’ve always wanted to explore, rather than simply trying to get into them?
The Practice Project is a four-day yoga immersion for dedicated practitioners ready to build strength, refine their technique and explore more challenging asanas.
Through strong, intelligently sequenced Vinyasa practices and focused workshops, we’ll break down the physical principles behind arm balances, backbends and inversions. You’ll explore targeted drills, progressive variations and practical techniques to help you develop greater strength, control and confidence in your practice.
Each day builds on the last, from establishing strong foundations to exploring new skills and bringing everything together in an integrated practice.
Whether you’re working towards your first arm balance, building confidence upside down or refining more advanced transitions, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your practice and practical tools to keep progressing long after the weekend.

CommunityMore than just a weekend on the mat
Yoga has always been about more than the physical practice, and some of the best moments happen when we connect beyond the mat.
Those joining us for the full weekend will be invited to a Sunday lunch in Stockholm, creating time to share experiences, get to know one another and build connections that last long after the final practice.
Come for the yoga, stay for the community.
“Ben creates a very safe and nurturing environment that builds confidence. Having the one to one guidance means you’re able to find the right positions and relax into each pose without the struggles to follow instructions which can come with group lessons. Ben adjusts everything to suit your unique capabilities and preferences.”
— SoniaWhat Practitioners Are Saying
“What was so special about this experience was the authenticity of intention. We could all see how much you cared and we felt genuine warmth. The extra details were really appreciated. I have every confidence that the next project will be equally rewarding.”
— Sonia“This was such a beautiful and grounding experience from beginning to end. The practices, the atmosphere, all felt incredibly thoughtful and aligned. I especially loved discovering a deeper connection with meditation. The warmth of the host, the beautiful surroundings and the sense of care in every detail made it feel very special. I left feeling more present, rested and connected to myself.”
— Cern“Our work together is eclectic, ranging from traditional asana to workshops; however, the sessions extend beyond what we’re doing on the mat. Post-class, we make time to reflect on what we accomplished, break down poses, and consider how I might incorporate those things into my self-practice.”
— ShaneWho this is for.
The Practice Project is for dedicated yoga practitioners who want to build strength, refine their technique and explore more challenging postures.
Whether you're developing your first arm balance, working towards your first inversion or looking to refine your existing skills, the sessions will offer practical drills, progressive variations and opportunities to explore at your own level.
You'll benefit most if you already have some experience with Vinyasa yoga and are curious about developing your practice beyond the familiar.
Come ready to learn, experiment and challenge yourself, without feeling that you need to have mastered anything before you arrive.
About Ben…
I didn't come to yoga for the handstands. I came to it after a difficult period in my life, looking for something that would help me find my feet again.
Over time, my practice developed in ways I never could have imagined. I built strength and worked towards challenging postures from the ground up, learning to break down the skills, understand the mechanics and approach each step with patience. Poses I once thought were beyond my ability gradually became possible.
But while the physical progress has been an incredible part of the journey, the biggest changes have come from yoga's philosophical and spiritual teachings. They've changed how I see myself, how I approach challenges and how I show up in everyday life.
That's what I love sharing through my teaching: the practical tools to develop your physical practice, alongside the deeper teachings that make yoga so much more than the postures.
I'm looking forward to bringing this approach to Stockholm and exploring it with you.
