You are welcome to join as much or as little as you like and free to rent a car to explore Italy at your own pace.
Surround yourself with the landscapes, warmth and slower pace of Italian life. From the Tuscan countryside to the historic streets of Florence, we'll make time to explore, appreciate our surroundings and enjoy the simple pleasure of being somewhere new.
❋ The Beauty of TuscanyExplore daily yoga practices inspired by the qualities of the elements, from grounding and stability to fluid movement, strength, breathwork and stillness. Each practice offers a chance to develop greater awareness of your body and mind, without the pressure to perform or achieve a particular shape.
❋ Yoga Inspired by NatureDiscover Florence, enjoy a wine tasting in the Tuscan countryside and experience the culture and traditions that make this region so special. These moments away from the mat are just as much a part of the journey, offering opportunities to explore, be curious and enjoy the present.

Nature has its own rhythms, and so do we. The grounding of the earth, the movement of air, the flow of water, the warmth of fire, the connection we feel to something beyond ourselves, and the space to simply be.
Over six days in Tuscany, we'll explore these themes through classical yoga, movement, breathwork, meditation, Italian culture and time spent together.
Each day will have its own focus, creating a journey that takes us from grounding ourselves and settling into a slower pace, to exploring new places, finding energy, deepening our awareness and making space to reflect.
Our yoga practices will bring together strength, mobility, flowing movement and stillness, with options to explore at your own level. Beyond the mat, we'll enjoy traditional Italian food, discover the beauty of Florence, experience a wine tasting in the Tuscan countryside and make the most of our time in this beautiful part of the world.
There will be opportunities to challenge yourself and explore what’s possible, try something new, or simply slow down and enjoy being somewhere different.
With limited guests, the retreat is designed to feel personal and welcoming, with plenty of opportunity to connect with others while still having space for yourself.
You don't need to arrive with a particular goal or expectation. Whether you want to deepen your yoga practice, take a break from your usual routine, explore Tuscany or spend some time doing something for yourself, this is an opportunity to step away from the everyday and experience something different.
The elements will be our guide throughout the week, offering a simple way to explore how we move, eat, breathe, connect and respond to the world around us.
You'll leave feeling refreshed, more present, and with new experiences that stay with you long after returning home.
Nutrition
Good food, shared slowly, is part of the experience.
In Italy, food is about much more than simply fuelling the body. It's also about culture, connection, and taking the time to enjoy what is in front of you.
Throughout the retreat, we'll enjoy freshly prepared meals inspired by traditional Italian cooking, with seasonal ingredients, fresh vegetables, wholesome dishes, and plenty of flavour.
We'll make time to enjoy our meals together, whether we're sitting down after a morning practice or gathering around the table in the evening.
Alongside exploring Tuscany, I want the food to be one of those things you remember: simple, generous, beautifully prepared, and best enjoyed in good company.

“I booked this while at a crossroads in my life - I felt quite lost. Little did I know how everything would unfold. I ended up having the most amazing time of my life—surrounded by people I now get to call my friends. I got closer to myself again and finally found a sense of calm after years of not being able to truly rest my mind. I let go of the things I no longer needed, and I now have a bright idea of how my future might look, even with all its uncertainty. I will carry this in my heart and cherish the things I’ve learned, and the stillness I’ve found again. Thank you 🤍”

About Ben…
Yoga and nature became a huge part of rebuilding my own physical and mental health during a difficult period in my life, and that journey is what inspired me to create these experiences.
My approach to teaching combines strength, mobility, breath, and mindful movement in a grounded, practical, and accessible way. I want people to feel comfortable exploring their own practice, learning something new, and finding their own way into yoga.
Retreats are a chance to take that experience beyond the mat. To spend time somewhere different, meet people you might never otherwise meet, try new things, and give yourself permission to slow down.
I want to create spaces where people feel welcome to be themselves, without pressure to perform or be anything other than who they are.
I would love for you to join us in Tuscany.
